EHRDC and L’Oréal Partner to Enhance Emiratisation Through Skill Development

THE WHAT? An alliance has been formed between the Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) and L’Oréal Middle East. Their objective is to bolster the Emiratisation agenda, a UAE initiative focusing on the employment of its citizens in a meaningful and efficient manner, especially within the private sector.

THE DETAILS? A memorandum of understanding (MoU), indicative of the start of a significant collaboration, was sealed by Mona Mohammed Abdullah Buhumaid Al Tamimi of the Future Resources Sector of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department and Jean-Dominique De Ravignan of L’Oréal Middle East. H.E. Abdulla Ali Al Falasi, Laurent Duffier, and Abdulaziz Harib Alfalahi officially witnessed this agreement.

THE WHY? The principal aim of this partnership is to empower Emiratis, nurturing their inherent talents and propelling the Emiratisation agenda further. As part of this joint venture, specialized programs and initiatives are planned. These initiatives are designed to arm Emiratis with vital skills, training, and opportunities, particularly within L’Oréal Middle East’s expertise.
